This no-cost program is administered by Community Housing Partners (CHP) Energy Solutions and uses federal Weatherization Assistance Program funding and supplemental funds from Old Dominion Electric Cooperative to deliver no-cost energy efficiency services to income-qualifying households.

  • Home energy audit
  • Health and safety check
  • LEDs
  • Attic, floor, and sidewall insulation
  • Water tank wrap and hot water pipe insulation
