Vice President of Operations
Bill is Vice President of Operations. In this capacity, he manages and provides administrative oversight to all aspects of field services, safety coordination, distribution systems, district operations and material and logistics departments of the cooperative.
Bill began his SVEC career in 1985 as a part-time storekeeper in the system warehouse, while he was studying accounting at James Madison University. In 1988, the cooperative hired him full time. Bill progressed through the company as a staking engineer, district operations coordinator and manager of system operations before taking over as vice president of operations in September 2022.
Born in Bridgewater, Bill attended Turner Ashby High School and has three daughters. He now lives with his wife in Dayton.
