Operation Round Up Application

The January 2021 grant cycle closes at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, January 20. Please carefully read the instructions to ensure that you submit a complete application. Grant recipients will be selected in early February. Good luck!

Application for Donation

  • **Incomplete applications will be withdrawn from consideration. There are multiple grant cycles per year. Visit www.svec.coop/ORU for updated information on the next deadline.**
    The intent of Operation Round Up is to support non-profit, tax-exempt organizations in SVEC's service territory. Applications from for-profit and governing bodies are unlikely to be awarded.
  • Financial statements for the previous fiscal year, not to exceed a two-page Statement of Activity/Income Statement and a one-page balance sheet. Please do not include a federal tax return or lengthy audit report.
  • ADDITIONAL DOCUMENT REQUIRED (a narrative providing the following details, not to exceed two pages) -- 1. Description and purpose of your organization; 2. Project/program cost and goals (specifics on estimated cost, an itemized project/program budget, how funds will be used and the project/program benefits to and impact on the community); 3. Project/program timeline (start date and estimated completion date); 4. List of other funding sources for this request
