Danielle Hatch is Manager of Human Resources. She joined the cooperative in May 2020. Danielle is responsible for overseeing hiring, compensation and benefits administration, organizational and personnel development and planning, employee recognition and activities, policy administration, and government and regulatory compliance.

Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from James Madison University. She is a native of the Shenandoah Valley and lives in Shenandoah with her husband and three children.
